I’m Heidi Kalmár, a sales enablement leader who thrives on driving growth, empowering teams, and building scalable solutions that deliver measurable results. Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the world’s fastest-growing companies, where I developed and implemented repeatable frameworks that aligned teams, improved efficiency, and delivered consistent success.

​​My journey began with Salesforce, where I spent 8 years, started working with a small team in the UK, operating from just 20 seats in London. As the company grew into a sprawling, six-floor operation, I was at the forefront of aligning processes and enabling teams to scale seamlessly, learning firsthand how to navigate rapid expansion without compromising performance.

​

At Zoom, during the unprecedented growth of the pandemic, I managed Sales Enablement for Europe. It was a pivotal time when Zoom’s revenue skyrocketed from $622 million to over $4.1 billion in just two years. Tasked with enabling over 30 new hires each month, I built scalable training frameworks that equipped reps to thrive in a hyper-competitive market, ensuring consistency and high performance across distributed teams. I also upskilled existing sales reps, contributed to numerous global projects, and implemented innovative, gamified training programs designed to be scalable and drive engagement across diverse teams and regions both online and in-person.

Later, at Sastrify, I had the opportunity to build the global sales enablement function from scratch. This meant everything from implementing onboarding frameworks that reduced ramp times by 30%, to improving win rates by 20% through targeted training and the adoption of methodologies. I also led the implementation of a company-wide Learning Management System (Mindtickle) ensuring knowledge-sharing and training were both scalable and impactful.

 

Through every role, my focus has remained the same: to create repeatable, scalable systems that not only support immediate needs but lay the foundation for long-term success. Living and breathing development is what drives me, and I’m passionate about translating challenges into solutions that help businesses grow, scale, and thrive.​
