I’m Heidi Kalmár, a project and process consultant who thrives on bringing structure to fast-growing environments. Over the past 13 years, I’ve helped global organisations transform complex operations into streamlined, scalable systems that deliver measurable results.
At Zoom, during the unprecedented growth of the pandemic, I managed Sales Enablement and operational projects across Europe. It was a pivotal time when Zoom’s revenue skyrocketed from $622 million to over $4.1 billion in just two years. Tasked with enabling over 300 new hires within the first year. I built and implemented scalable training frameworks that equipped reps to thrive in a hyper-competitive market, ensuring consistency and high performance across distributed teams. I also optimised workflows, coordinated initiatives across distributed teams and contributed to numerous global projects, like owning the first ever "Virtual Growth Summit".
Later, at Sastrify, I built the company’s global enablement and process infrastructure from the ground up. I implemented systems that reduced ramp-up time by 30%, improved win rates by 20%, and introduced an organisation-wide learning and documentation framework to standardise operations across regions.
