Zero2Hero Enablement, founded by Heidi Kalmár, is a company driven by the belief that every organisation deserves access to effective sales enablement support. With over 11 years of experience working with renowned corporations like Salesforce and Zoom, Heidi brings a wealth of expertise to the table. While at Sastrify, she recognised the significance of enablement support within organisations, as many companies struggle to afford permanent enablement teams. Determined to make a difference, Heidi established Zero2Hero Enablement to provide support to businesses in need.

With my background in Salesforce and my passion for empowering sales teams, I have made a significant impact in the sales industry. When the pandemic hit, I was leading the European sales enablement at Zoom and successfully onboarded an average of 30+ new hires each month while ensuring the continuation of effective sales enablement programs during a time of significant challenge and change.

For me, teaching and mentoring others is not just a job, it's a mission.

I believe that everyone has the potential to excel, and I am dedicated to helping my team members unlock their full potential and achieve their goals.
